Return & Refund Policy

At by-evelyn, each product is made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Because products are created specifically for each order, our return policy differs from that of stores selling pre-made inventory.

1. Order Cancellations
Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests must be made as quickly as possible. Once production has started, we may no longer be able to cancel or change the order.

2. Returns for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, change of mind, or orders placed with incorrect details provided by the customer, because items are produced on demand specifically for each order.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [deine E-Mail einfügen] and include:

a description of the issue,

clear photos showing the product and the problem.

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, remake, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

4. Incorrect Shipping Address
If an order cannot be delivered because the shipping address entered at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, we are not required to issue a refund. In some cases, a reshipment may be possible at the customer’s expense.

5. Color and Placement Variation
Slight differences in color, print placement, or scale may occur due to screen settings, the print process, and the handmade/on-demand nature of production. Minor variations that do not affect the functionality or general appearance of the product are not considered defects.

6. Sizing
Customers are responsible for reviewing size information before ordering. We do not refund orders based on incorrect size selection unless the item received was mislabeled or materially different from the size ordered.

7. Return Authorization
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

8. Refund Method
Approved refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
