Thank you for shopping with by-evelyn. All products are made to order through our print-on-demand production partner. We do not hold finished inventory and we do not ship orders ourselves.

Every item is produced after your order is placed. Because of this, processing and production times apply before shipping.

Production times may vary depending on the product, destination, season, and order volume. In many cases, orders are produced within 1–3 business days, but actual times may vary.

3. Shipping Times
Delivery times depend on the shipping destination, carrier, customs processing, and local conditions. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where available, but these are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Separate Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced in different workflows and may arrive in separate packages.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details entered at checkout.
