1. How are products made?
All by-evelyn products are made to order using a print-on-demand model. We do not keep stock, and every item is produced only after the order is placed.
2. Who fulfills and ships my order?
Orders are fulfilled by our production partner Contrado, not by by-evelyn directly. They handle production and shipping from their facilities.
3. How long does production take?
Production times vary by product, but many items are produced and shipped within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, holidays, or for certain products, processing may take longer.
4. How long does shipping take in the US?
Shipping times depend on the product, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout where available.
5. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible. Once production or shipping has started, changes may no longer be possible.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Because each item is made to order, cancellations are only possible before production begins. Once production has started, the order can usually no longer be canceled.
7. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the case and help resolve it.
8. Do you accept returns?
Since our products are made on demand, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer’s remorse. Returns or replacements may be available if the item is damaged or incorrect.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, depending on the product and destination, international shipping may be available. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
10. Are there any customs or import fees?
For orders outside the US, customs duties or import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are usually the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
